Services – Agent's Companion™

Agent's Companion™ believes in the KISS concept. We use KEEP IT SIMPLE SCHEDULING

All our service rates are based on blocked time.
Specifically, 1 Hour for a New Buyer Field Meeting, 1 Hour for a New Seller Field Meeting and 4 Hours for an Open House.

We currently service the New Port Richey, FL area and rates are based on the specific zip code the property meeting is located at. Please note that all property addresses must be GOOGLE® searchable to determine mileage and directions. If the property is more than 20 miles from point of origin to point of destination, there will be a small up charge for mileage at the rate of $ .25/mile.

All services are charged in 15 minute increments after the designated block and are all charges are paid using a credit card processed in the field using PayPal Here® merchant services. You don't need to have a PayPal® account.

IMPORTANT! Please allow at least one hour lead time when booking an appointment to allow sufficient time for an Agent's Companion™ to arrive on time. In the event that we are unable to provide an Agent's Companion™ in the time block you choose, we will notify you by phone or email.

Note: We do recommend that you make ALL "First Substantial Contacts" at your office. But when you can't, you no longer have to worry about your Safety and Security when you have an Agent's Companion™.

FOR AGENTS OR FSBOs MEETING NEW BUYERS

We offer an Agent's Companion™ who will meet you at the location you choose on the date and time that you choose. This service is perfect for meeting a prospective Buyer Client in the field or at a property showing. Be sure to book an Agent's Companion™ at least 15 minutes prior to the time the prospective Buyer is to meet you. We will do a property safety walk through with you.

FOR AGENTS OR FSBO's HOLDING OPEN HOUSES

We offer an Agent's Companion™ who will meet you at the Open House location on the date and time that you choose. This service is perfect for providing a Safe and Secure environment at the Seller's property for both you the hosting Agent, as well as for the home owner and visitors to the Open House. Be sure to book an Agent's Companion™ with sufficient time prior to the time that the Open House is to begin. We will do a property safety walk through with you. We'll also help with anything else you might need, but our focus and primary objective is to provide you and/or the home owner with a secure and safe environment for you and your Buyer prospects.

FOR AGENTS MEETING NEW SELLERS

We offer an Agent's Companion™ who will meet you at the location you choose on the date and time that you choose. This service is perfect for meeting a prospective Listing Client in the field or at the Seller's property. While at the property, we'll be happy to help you with anything you might need or just be an inconspicuous observer. Either way, you won't be alone with strangers.
