TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Service Period begins when an Agent's Companion™ arrives at the Service Address at the predefined time and ends at a time either predefined when scheduled or at a time that you no longer require an Agent's Companion™ present. In any case, there is a one hour minimum Service Period charge.
Service Address is the address that you provide when you schedule the appointment. It must be accurate and be addressable on Google Maps®. Otherwise, you MUST provide accurate directions by email using our Contact Form.
Service Fees are due either in advance of services rendered or at the time our services are provided. All payments will be in the form of a major credit card processed in the field using PayPal Pay Here® Merchant Services. Your credit card statement will reflect payment was maid to Internet Information Services which is Agent's Companion™ parent company. An invoice will immediately be emailed.
Service Rates are County specific. The time blocked for each service item takes into account the travel costs that an Agent's Companion™ will incur and is included in the the first hour of the billed appointment and are not charged separately. All time beyond the first hour is billed in 15 minute increments.
Cancellations by you can happen for a multitude of reasons. We understand it is the nature of the business. All cancellations must be made no later than one hour prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fees will be equal to 50% of the originally scheduled first hour fee but but will only be charged if you fail to notify us prior to the one hour travel window.
PRIVACY
Your Personal Information obtained by this website, or in person is maintained in strictest confidence at all times. All financial aspects are handled by PayPal® Merchant Services using the most secure encryption methods available.
Agent's Companion™ is NOT affiliated with any Real Estate Firm or Agency. However, some of our professional personnel may be licensed Real Estate Agents or Realtors®. North Carolina Real Estate Commission mandates that all Licensed Real Estate Agents maintain a higher standard of ethical, honest and professional behavior than non-licensed individuals. Therefore you can trust our personnel to follow these standards. Additionally, we provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect all parties disclosing personal information to an Agent's Companion™.
